Apricot Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts or breast halves
1 C. Apricot jam
1 C. Russian dressing
1 packet onion soup mix

Combine jam, dressing and soup mix in bowl.  Lay chicken in baking dish, and cover with jam mix.  Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.  Serve over cooked rice.
