This recipe originally from Mandi Peterson.
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
1/4 C water
1 pkg. Italian seasoning mix
Cook this in crock-pot for 3 hours on high.
Cut and shred chicken, then add:
1 block of cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Combine and cook on high one more hour. Serve over cooked rice and top with grated cheddar cheese.
