Hawaiian Haystacks

This recipe originally from Jodi Cope.

2 C diced chicken
1 C.  chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken
1/2 tsp each, salt, pepper, parsley and basil

Mix all ingredients and heat for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.  Serve over cooked rice.

Possible Toppings:
Oriental noodles
grated cheese
